why should I Overseed? Overseeding is one of the most important lawn care tasks. It should be done every 5 years because as the lawn ages the reproductive rates slow down. A thinning lawn will allow weeds to grow through and it will have less resistance to disease

 

Why Should I make a Lime application to my lawn? As an effect from using sprinkler systems and fertilizer ,lime is needed to raise  the PH level so that nutrients are more available in the soil for the turfgrass plants to grow
